Parker has the felocity, "You can work at a job you love and not do it for the money." People who live by this law are much happier and work harder at their job. By working harder people will naturally progress and will increase their income.

Cache Valley Area Investors Association has this idea at the center of their organization. Meetings are held in the Cache County Chamber of Commerce on 160 N. Main Street in the evening.

People must be active in wanting to do something and making a change. Parker says by keeping passive income high and expenses low you will be financially stable.

People in America have ample opportunity and options to be able to work in a job they enjoy. Understanding and managing passive income makes this possible. There are many asssociations which are helping educate people in how to truly become financially independent. Cache Valley area Investors Association based in Logan, Utah, is one such organization. It was founded in July 2007 and currently has 50 members.
